Tyler Sapp is a dedicated personal trainer, powerlifting coach, and online health & fitness expert with nearly 11 years of experience. Specializing in fitness coaching, powerlifting programming, and weight loss guidance, Tyler primarily works with men aged 20-40 but welcomes clients of all ages and genders. Holding a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Cal Poly Pomona, he believes in making fitness a sustainable part of daily life through small, manageable changes. Passionate about combating the rising tide of obesity, Tyler strives to help his clients build lifelong healthy habits and achieve lasting results.

Brittany Romo
Brittany Romo has been a certified personal trainer for 5 years now. She competes in bodybuilding but has been in a gym environment/ athletic setting for most of her life. She majored in psychology BA and uses her degree to help her clients develop mental skills and strategies so that they may increase their overall athletic performance, better understand the mental barriers that often present themselves when trying to lose weight, and better their overall mental health over time. She focuses primarily on weight loss guidance, body recomposition, and bodybuilding prep. She has worked with clients of all ages, but primarily works with women ages 20- 60. Her primary goal is to help her clients develop a growth mindset, become more confident, and fall in love with the process, not just the outcome.

She has also been teaching for 36 years at the elementary level where she has brought her knowledge of fitness to her students. Catering to older adults (40+), Lyne focuses on helping beginners to intermediate level clients. With nearly 3 years of experience and certifications from ISSA in personal training, nutrition, and senior fitness, she brings a wealth of knowledge and personal triumphs. Lyne’s remarkable journey includes losing over 100lbs, setting national powerlifting records, and overcoming two knee replacements. She passionately believes that fitness is attainable for anyone, at any age or condition, and inspires others to start their journey.

My name is Cecil (Sess-ul) and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I developed a passion for fitness through my own fitness journey from being 98lbs in high school and wanting to look better and feel better about myself. This led me into working for 24 Hour Fitness in 2010 and I’ve been in the fitness industry since. I’ve gained even more appreciation for fitness with all the clients I’ve been able to help make pivotal changes in their lives. Doing this work matters to me immensely.
